📋 Description

• Document key processes and internal control points and identify gaps or opportunities for improvement • Create and amend policies and procedure documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements • Perform audits of internal and external processes, including consumer telephone communications, loan document preparation and execution, and vendor performance • Analyze data and perform testing • Document and communicate audit results accurately and effectively • Provide clear, actionable recommendations and alternatives to Management and the Director of Compliance • Maintain collaborative relationships with lending partners and vendors • Perform possible off-site vendor audits involving travel • Complete special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in an applicable risk management, quality assurance, or compliance environment • Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Expert-level understanding of the auto finance industry • Critical thinking, problem analysis, and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, or other database applications • Ability to work independently • Willingness to travel for limited off-site vendor audits • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period • May be asked to lift approximately 25 lbs
