• Driving measurable growth through paid search and paid social channels • Owning strategy, execution, and continuous optimization across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok • Building and managing structured testing programs (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) • Leveraging AI and automation tools within ad platforms • Managing and optimizing marketing spend to maximize ROI across all paid channels • Analyzing performance data to surface insights, improve targeting and messaging, and inform budget allocation decisions • Partnering with creative teams to develop and test high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search and paid social campaigns • Solid working knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising (Bing), Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and display/programmatic networks • Experience with AI and automation features within ad platforms (Performance Max, Smart Bidding, Advantage+, etc.) and a willingness to experiment with emerging AI tools • Experience building and running testing programs (A/B, multivariate, incrementality) to improve campaign performance • Experience managing $400K+ monthly ad budgets and optimizing spend toward aggressive KPIs • Solid understanding of digital attribution, funnel metrics, and conversion rate optimization • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and performance dashboards • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate campaign data into business outcomes and clear next steps • Comfortable in a high-growth, results-driven environment where agility and execution matter • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive execution independently.
