📋 Description

• design, build, and iterate on practical technology solutions • help turn real operational pain points into working tools and workflows • collaborate with stakeholders to understand operational pain points • rapidly build POCs to test hypotheses • build production-aware prototypes with reusability, security, maintainability, and future scale in mind • integrate automation solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, AI tool connectors, and data sources • document technical designs, integration patterns, lessons learned, and handoff requirements

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience building automation, integration, or AI-assisted workflow solutions • Persistent, proactive builder who is comfortable working through ambiguity • Proven ability to design and deliver intelligent automation tools • Experience building Salesforce Service Cloud automations using Salesforce Flow • Hands-on experience building and validating AI-enabled solutions using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages • Experience integrating multiple data or knowledge sources into internal tools • Ability to build lightweight internal UIs for prototypes • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • Understanding data security, identity, entitlements, PII handling, secrets management, and enterprise governance
