📋 Description

• Define innovative building design, engineering, and management strategies and solutions for Autodesk’s largest customers • Develop Customer Success Plans and customer engagements with Autodesk account teams • Coordinate with Consulting Project Management to ensure delivery against Customer Success Plans • Shape Autodesk Consulting service offerings and delivery methods • Interface with Autodesk and external thought leaders to support and shape product offerings • Develop and deliver innovative business and technology solutions with strategic customer impact • Help customers drive transformational change using change management methodologies • Lead customer workshops to identify solution opportunities and align on solution paths • Create or support high-quality design, engineering, and operational management deliverables • Define and track the value of delivered solutions and document customer investment impact • Develop new and expanded consulting offerings • Build the Autodesk Consulting brand through thought leadership, industry presentations, articles, and position papers • Lead project delivery efforts and ensure quality and professionalism • Mentor junior staff in customer engagement techniques • Advise on project estimation and participate in business development activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or related degree • Minimum of seven (7) years of hands-on experience in the Buildings industry • Experience developing, managing and/or delivering digital design, engineering, and management solutions across a business enterprise • Excellence in strategic thinking, innovation, program management, change management, business process optimization, and communications • Ability to facilitate customer workshops using a variety of techniques • Ability to drive decisions and closure on issues • Ability to work with diverse technical, sales, and project management teams • Ability to work independently to meet deadlines • Solid working knowledge of software development lifecycle processes and structured project management • Excellent written and oral communication skills, including workshops, meetings, and presentations • Ability to explain complex topics in language understandable by non-technical/business-oriented audiences • Ability to travel 50% of the time, including international travel • Strong knowledge of building design, engineering, construction, and management industry practices • Advanced experience developing workflow processes between architects, designers, engineers, contractors, and owners • Advanced experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360, Revit, Autodesk Navisworks, Civil3D, and InfraWorks preferred • Experience developing and sustaining a digital design and delivery solution portfolio preferred
