• Act as a strategic partner, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product teams • Engage with sales leadership to execute on sales strategy • Manage end-to-end planning process for portfolio and territory planning and sales assignments • Ensure key milestones, risks, and dependencies are clearly tracked and proactively managed • Summarize program status through clear, executive-level presentations and communications • Drive connected planning with quota setting teams to ensure quotas align with compensation rules
• 10+ years of sales incentive and/or sales planning experience • Bachelor's Degree required, MBA desirable • Experience presenting to and influencing executives and/or sales leaders around sales planning • Experience managing timelines and cross functional projects • Experience analyzing business issues, prioritizing maximum impact against business goals • Strong verbal and written communication, facilitation and presentation skills • General knowledge and appreciation of sales roles and the sales processes • Must have experience with Anaplan, Salesforce.com, Lightning Salesforce Reporting, Excel, and AI tools
