📋 Description

• Define and evangelize the long-term vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Autodesk's Agentic Experience Platform • Establish investment strategy and portfolio priorities • Define customer problems, user journeys, business outcomes, success metrics, and platform KPIs • Define Autodesk's product strategy for agentic AI experiences, including assistants, conversational interfaces, workflow orchestration, and intelligent automation • Partner with AI Platform and Engineering leaders to deliver reusable capabilities across Autodesk • Evaluate emerging technologies, competitive trends, and customer needs • Lead customer-centered product discovery through research, experimentation, analytics, and rapid validation • Partner with Experience Design and Content Strategy to create cohesive human-AI experiences • Align Product, Design, Engineering, and Industry leaders around platform priorities • Build partnerships across Research, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales, and ecosystem partners • Identify strategic partnership opportunities and represent the platform to customers, partners, and executives • Build, lead, coach, and inspire a world-class Product Management organization • Establish the operating model, governance, methodologies, and decision-making frameworks for agentic experiences product management • Foster a culture of experimentation, accountability, customer obsession, and continuous learning • Develop future product leaders and build trusted strategic partnerships across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in AI-first, cloud-based software product management • Significant experience leading Product Management organizations • 7+ years of experience leading, coaching, and developing Product Management leaders and teams • Proven experience defining and delivering platform products, shared services, or cross-product capabilities at enterprise scale • Demonstrated success building AI-powered, intelligent, or agentic software experiences with measurable business outcomes • Strong systems-thinking ability across customer journeys, products, platforms, and services • Track record defining long-term product vision and translating strategy into execution and adoption • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Design, Engineering, Research, Data Science, and AI • Expertise in product discovery, experimentation, customer research, data-informed decision making, and modern product development • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent practical experience • Preferred: experience building AI assistants, conversational interfaces, intelligent workflow automation, agentic systems, or AI platform capabilities • Preferred: experience leading platform products adopted across multiple product organizations • Preferred: experience with cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, enterprise SaaS, or developer ecosystems • Preferred: experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, Manufacturing, or adjacent design and engineering industries • MBA or advanced technical degree preferred • Approximately 20% travel
