📋 Description

• Lead the design of customer-facing experiences across Autodesk.com and related digital touchpoints • Create end-to-end user experiences supporting Autodesk’s Product-Led Growth strategy • Reduce friction, enable self-service, and increase activation, conversion, and customer engagement • Leverage AI-powered design tools for ideation, content creation, prototyping, and design exploration • Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Content Strategy, Research, Analytics, and Business teams • Define opportunities, solve complex customer problems, and deliver measurable business impact • Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders • Drive visual experience, quality, interaction design, usability, accessibility, storytelling, and brand expression • Translate customer insights, business objectives, and behavioral data into digital experiences • Stay current on UX, ecommerce, AI, and digital experience trends

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of related professional experience in UX design • Demonstrated experience designing end-to-end user experiences, including information architecture, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, interaction design, and high-fidelity visual design • Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, such as Figma • Experience incorporating AI-powered design tools into the design process • Up-to-date expertise in human-centered design best practices • Ability to collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Content Strategy, Analytics, and cross-functional stakeholders • Experience using customer research, analytics, usability testing, and A/B experimentation • Excellent visual and verbal communication skills • Ability to present designs to a wide range of audiences • Demonstrated experience in research, including interviews, ethnography, and user testing • Effective collaboration with multi-disciplinary global Agile teams • Resume and portfolio with password required for consideration
