📋 Description

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for key areas of Autodesk’s visualization solutions • Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities using customer insight, product data, market context, technical possibilities, and Autodesk strategy • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from opportunity discovery and product definition through delivery, adoption, measurement, and iteration • Partner with engineering and design leaders to define solutions for technically complex visualization challenges • Drive alignment across Autodesk product teams and enable adoption of shared visualization capabilities • Translate complex customer needs into product strategies, requirements, and decisions • Engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand workflows, validate direction, and uncover opportunities • Define success metrics and evaluate outcomes using qualitative and quantitative signals • Navigate dependencies and competing priorities, proactively identifying risks and clarifying ambiguous ownership or direction

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in visualization, graphics, Contech, platform products, or other technically complex domains • Demonstrated experience owning meaningful product areas and shaping strategy and roadmaps in environments with significant ambiguity and technical complexity • Strong product judgment and ability to connect customer problems, technical opportunities, and business priorities • Track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes • Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams on complex systems, platforms, APIs, or shared technology capabilities • Ability to think at both the platform and product level • Strong influence and stakeholder management skills across organizational boundaries without relying on direct authority • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical skills and experience defining and using success metrics • Collaborative, low-ego mindset and comfort working across distributed, global, and highly cross-functional teams • Experience with 3D visualization, CAD/BIM, real-time graphics, rendering, game engines, or related technologies is nice to have • Experience building platform capabilities consumed by multiple products or development teams is nice to have • Background in AEC, construction technology, or Design & Make industries is nice to have • Experience working with large-scale or high-performance graphical applications and complex 3D data is nice to have
