📋 Description

• Partner with Sales Specialists to close new business and expand existing accounts • Drive technical closure by ensuring customer confidence in Autodesk solutions • Participate in deal strategy, pipeline reviews, and account planning • Lead or support customer discovery to understand workflows, challenges, and success criteria • Deliver story-driven demonstrations that connect Autodesk solutions to business outcomes • Adapt messaging for different stakeholders, including executives, project teams, and field users • Identify and support expansion opportunities within existing accounts • Build trusted advisor relationships with customers and internal teams • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams • Ensure smooth transition from pre-sales to deployment and long-term customer success • Share best practices and contribute to team enablement and knowledge sharing • Mentor peers and support internal initiatives that improve technical sales effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the AEC industry (Construction preferred) • Experience in roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, Foreman, or similar • Experience with SaaS technology and/or technical sales environments • Ability to translate complex workflows into clear business outcomes • Strong presentation, communication, and storytelling skills • Experience working with both technical users and executive stakeholders • Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment • Willingness to travel up to 30% for customer and internal meetings
