📋 Description

• Oversee the lifecycle of medium-sized products or multiple smaller products • Prioritize features based on customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility • Make delivery trade-offs to ensure optimal outcomes • Develop requirements for small to medium-sized projects • Design and implement A/B tests to measure feature success • Apply user research methodologies and leverage findings for future product development • Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for product features • Monitor product performance • Collaborate with senior product team members to create and maintain product roadmaps • Gather and analyze information for strategic decisions • Demonstrate the company’s Vision, Mission, and Values • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in product management or equivalent roles • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Data-driven approach to decision-making • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams • Proficiency in designing and analyzing A/B tests • Experience setting and monitoring KPIs for product performance • Familiarity with user research methodologies and applications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred • Must meet company requirements for employment • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
