📋 Description

• Design, develop, implement and support EDI, electronic commerce and application integration solutions • Assess, analyze and implement solutions in a timely and efficient manner • Execute and maintain implementation processes • Train internal and external stakeholders on implementation processes • Work closely with an Implementation Coordinator to exceed client expectations through go-live for moderate to highly complex accounts and large hospital systems • Participate in client calls and meetings to understand technical configuration needs • Manage client timelines and deliverables • Determine client configuration and recommend solutions based on client needs • Analyze test data to identify root causes, trends and gaps for successful go-live • Research issues, test theories, identify impact and propose short- and long-term solutions • Work with development to gather requirements and test new features and enhancements • Mentor Implementation Analysts and cross-functional team members • Lead internal technical trainings and assist with operationalizing new products and services • Serve as subject matter expert for multiple Availity products and features • Serve in multiple roles in a fast-paced corporate environment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of ANSI X12N format, including 837P, 837I, 835, 270/271, 276/277 and 278 • Over 2 years of experience in technology (information exchange) and/or the healthcare space • 2 years of experience managing complex healthcare technology implementations • Familiarity with APIs • Experience with Submitters, Vendors and/or Receivers/Payers is a plus • Extremely organized and detail oriented • Ability to take complex concepts and simplify them • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities • Experience gathering data, functional, business and technical requirements • Thorough understanding of healthcare revenue cycle is advantageous • Must be able to use a camera for all virtual meetings • Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment • Must be eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship in any form is not available
