📋 Description

• Leading and developing a team of Implementation Analysts • Partnering in a co-manager model to balance team workload • Overseeing implementation delivery from intake through production • Acting as the primary escalation point for complex client and production issues • Supporting release cycles, including occasional evening or weekend involvement • Driving improvements across processes, workflows, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience working with healthcare data standards, including X12 and HIPAA transactions • Experience with clearinghouse models, trading partners, and data flow across systems • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives, priorities, and escalations • 3+ years demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing technical teams • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-changing environments • Comfortable handling high-pressure situations and customer escalations with confidence and composure
