📋 Description

• Gather and analyse business and system requirements across the organisation • Translate requirements into use cases for internal delivery teams • Evaluate technical solutions from analysis and non-functional requirements perspectives • Work in cross-functional teams and drive an Agile way of working • Contribute to operational offerings • Manage projects from inception through delivery • Perform business and systems analysis across multiple systems • Document requirements for multiple systems • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders • Facilitate requirements workshops with internal stakeholders • Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) • Ensure requirements are briefed in and understood by internal and external employees • Participate in internal and client calls • Assist in developing training material across multiple IT systems • Apply Domain Driven Design when gathering and documenting web-based solution requirements • Design and document use cases

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with user stories, wire framing, story boarding, UML, and walkthroughs • Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum and Waterfall methodologies • Experience working at enterprise level with system application design and development • Excellent communication skills • Ability to work in a matrix organisation environment and assist in adding structure • Mentoring skills • Problem-solving skills • Good planning and organisational skills • Ability to work independently or within a small team environment • Ability to take ownership of the solution being developed • Ability to perform system and data modelling using UML • Knowledge of Domain Driven Design (DDD) • Self-starter and quick learner able to work in a fast-paced, purposefully unstructured environment • Ability to work as part of a team • Professionalism and high standards of performance
