📋 Description

• Work directly with agency account teams and functional departments across all channels • Ensure all client work is delivered on time and on budget • Serve as the key point-person who understands the scope of a client engagement • Manage how work gets done within the agency • Manage effective, efficient workflow of all projects on assigned accounts • Collaborate with agency teams to establish project plans and staff plans • Forecast upcoming work and allocate resources • Prepare and manage client MLR submissions • Develop timelines and advise on estimates • Manage projects to remain on time and budget; flag timing and budget concerns • Schedule and lead project kick-off meetings • Work with internal teams to define program requirements and system specifications • Work with clients as needed • Initiate and conduct formal internal review meetings to secure creative approvals • Initiate and conduct formal team status meetings and document risks and issues • Anticipate, identify, escalate, and resolve issues and risks • Conduct internal copy/layout reviews and ensure assets receive required creative and proofreading approvals

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience within an agency environment, ideally pharma • Proven experience managing digital projects such as website builds, emails/banners, and content updates • Proven understanding of the technical facets of website development • Solid experience working on projects with data and analytics components • Ability to understand how data output can be used to form insights and drive additional tactics • Pharmaceutical, or similarly regulated industry, knowledge is a plus • Knowledge and/or understanding of resourcing creative and technical teams across projects is a plus
