📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact with internal business partners to gather project requirements and implement execution strategies • Review business strategy and objectives and facilitate the creative process • Manage Account team activities and ensure client satisfaction and cross-functional process management • Oversee creative execution from concept through completion while meeting strategy, schedule, budget, brand, and legal requirements • Support Sales and Marketing, Owner Services, Legal, and external Marketing and Sales partners • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams in North America and APAC • Create marketing and sales materials and communications in English and Japanese • Coordinate with external vendors including translators, photographers, digital marketing agencies, and direct mail houses • Create content and coordinate direct mail and email campaigns with partner vendors • Add required Japanese translations to sales center technology after English updates • Create and update Japanese owner communications, including guides, welcome emails, and letters • Create Japanese Sales and Marketing materials with Training and Development • Secure project briefs and document requirements with sales, marketing, and brand teams • Align stakeholders before project initiation • Create project plans, set milestones, and meet deadlines • Communicate high-profile project timelines and status to senior leadership • Identify requests requiring higher-level brand input • Adhere to service-level agreements and track results • Deliver customer communications on time and on budget • Implement communications execution strategies through standard department processes • Build strong cross-functional relationships • Manage project schedule templates in the workflow system

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of advertising agency account management, in-house communications, project management, or equivalent experience • Must be fluent in English • Must be a native Japanese speaker or have native-level Japanese fluency, including reading, writing, speaking, and translating Japanese • Experience creating materials in print, video, and digital mediums • Ability to understand business strategy and build a project and action plan • Willingness to travel occasionally • Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously involving various operational units • Bachelor's degree • Time zone overlap with the West Coast; West Coast or Hawai'i based • Ability to create owner testimonial videos and arrange necessary items in Japanese • Process development and management experience is a plus • Marketing or sales experience is a plus
