📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact with internal business partners to gather project requirements and implement execution strategies • Review business strategy and objectives and facilitate initiation of the creative process • Manage the Account team and ensure client satisfaction and cross-functional process management • Oversee creative execution from concept through completion • Ensure creative solutions meet strategy, schedule and budget expectations while meeting brand and legal standards • Support Sales and Marketing, Owner Services, Legal and external Marketing and Sales partners • Work closely with Marketing and Sales teams in North America and APAC • Create marketing and sales materials and communications in English and Japanese • Coordinate with external vendors including translators, photographers, digital marketing agencies and direct mail houses • Create content and coordinate direct mail and email campaigns • Add Japanese translations to sales center technology following updated English versions • Create and update owner communications in Japanese • Create Sales and Marketing materials in Japanese with Training and Development • Secure briefs and document project requirements • Align stakeholders before project initiation • Create project plans, set milestones and meet deadlines • Communicate high-profile project timelines and status to senior leadership • Identify requests requiring higher-level brand input • Track service-level agreement results • Deliver customer communications on time and on budget • Implement communications execution strategies through standard department processes • Build relationships across functional teams • Manage project schedule templates in the workflow system • Create owner testimonial videos and arrange necessary Japanese-language materials

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years advertising agency account management, in-house communications, project management or equivalent experience required • Process development and management experience a plus • Must be fluent in English • Must be a native Japanese speaker or have native level fluency as the position requires reading/writing/speaking/translating Japanese • Experienced in creating materials in all mediums including print, video and digital • Marketing or sales experience a plus • Ability to understand business strategy to build a project and action plan • Demonstrated ability to manage several projects simultaneously, involving various operational units • Bachelor's Degree • Must be West Coast or Hawai'i based for time zone overlap
