📋 Description

• Provide subject matter guidance to a group of 30–35 undergraduate online students • Support students in academic writing, research and time management • Provide guidance on relevant reference material • Conduct a 2-hour online session on Monday/Tuesday • Mark assessments and provide long-form feedback • Manage discussion forums • Provide proactive, prompt and personalised support to student queries and issues • Support project planning, prioritisation and execution using relevant project management tools and techniques • Promote ethical practice and effective decision-making in diverse project environments • Interact with students via email, calls and online sessions from a convenient location

🎯 Requirements

• Masters or Doctoral Qualifications in Business Administration, Management and/or related field with a background in Project Management • PMP, PRINCE2 or CSM certification preferred • At least 2+ years of corporate experience in relevant fields • At least 2+ years of teaching experience in relevant fields • Proficient in English language • Excellent oral and written communication • Working laptop • High-speed (>10 MBPS) stable internet connection • Ability to quickly learn and use technology platforms, including the host university’s LMS and LINCtrac • Availability Monday/Tuesday for online sessions between 8:30 AM and 2:30 PM IST • Availability to answer student queries via email within 6 hours after lectures throughout the week • Empathetic, ambitious, warm and outgoing personality willing to work closely with people from diverse cultures
