📋 Description

• Oversee client content review processes, including development, review, and submission of publications • Ensure publications adhere to timelines, compliance guidelines, client preferences, and SOPs • Manage client review workflows using Datavision or iEnvision • Coordinate submissions, retrievals, and updates • Collaborate with internal and client teams on specifications, schedules, and communications • Acquire permissions and handle digital content updates, including journal and congress submissions • Liaise with clients, review software vendors, and internal teams • Assist with training and onboarding junior team members • Advocate for publication best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, English, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus • Minimum 2+ years in a similar database management role in a fast-paced medical/healthcare communications agency environment • Hands-on experience with review management systems like Datavision or iEnvision is essential • Experience with PubStrat, Veeva PromoMats, Zinc, or Content Lab is beneficial • Proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficiency in PubMed searches • Strong organizational and time management abilities • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Exceptional communication skills for engaging with clients and internal stakeholders • Impeccable attention to detail • Proactive problem-solving and focus on quality and efficiency
