📋 Description
• Conduct a thorough technical assessment of the current DMS and archiving setup • Identify configuration gaps and deviations from best practices • Provide clear recommendations • Create comprehensive documentation of the current state and a future roadmap • Deliver findings through an executive summary and detailed reports • Conduct workshops for internal team members • Advise on archiving technology decisions and upgrades • Support implementation of recommended improvements in Phase 2, if engaged
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in SAP DMS and archiving • Senior-level profile preferred • English is mandatory • Experience with OpenText upgrades is highly considered a plus • Availability for the stated project period and workload • Ability to work during CET 08:00–17:00 core hours • Ability to comply with the stated notice periods
