📋 Description

• Understand and analyze customer/business requirements • Provide functional solutions aligned with business requirements • Resolve defects and issues within defined SLAs • Provide solutions for enhancements and functional improvements • Prepare and maintain functional documentation • Collaborate with offshore and cross-functional teams • Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout solution delivery • Support troubleshooting, issue resolution, testing, and implementation activities • Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10 years of SAP IS-U experience • Hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing with deep functional expertise across the Meter-to-Cash lifecycle in the utility industry • Strong experience with Electricity and Gas utilities • Expert knowledge configuring and customizing billing master data, billing schemas, rate modeling, complex billing, and regulated/deregulated tariff models • Strong knowledge of end-to-end billing and invoicing processes, including Budget Billing, RTP Billing, TOU Billing, Mass Batch Jobs, Exception Management, Bill Simulation, Unbilled Revenue Scenarios, and Collective Billing • Working knowledge of SAP IS-U Bill Print, Print Workbench configuration, Smart Forms, and Adobe Forms • Experience integrating with Device Management and FICA • Extensive functional and solution experience designing and developing complex solutions aligned with digital transformation initiatives • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Utilities and Fiori • Ability to analyze, debug, and troubleshoot OData and Web Services used in integrations • Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills • Ability to guide business stakeholders on SAP best practices • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, as indicated by the application question • U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, GC-EAD, or H4EAD status required, as indicated by the application question
