📋 Description

• Source, screen, assess, and recommend candidates • Onboard new hires and administer the interviewing and onboarding process • Identify opportunities to build applicant pools • Establish trust and partnerships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders • Identify candidate fit through effective interviewing and testing • Represent Avantor at recruiting events • Create offer letters • Maintain the applicant tracking system, recruiting reports, and staffing administration • Support the North America Commercial Sales business • Use Talent Market Intelligence tools and resources to inform stakeholders and drive recruitment strategies • Build a bench of qualified prospects for current and anticipated business needs • Reduce time to fill through direct sourcing, networking, social media engagement, pipelining, and referrals • Improve efficiency in the talent acquisition process and stakeholder management • Execute process simplification and continuous improvement • Deliver high-impact results • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology preferred • Equivalent experience preferred as an alternative to the preferred bachelor’s degree • 5 plus years of experience managing the full life cycle Talent Acquisition process in a corporate and/or professional search firm and/or sourcing experience required • Workday or similar ATS experience preferred • Microsoft Teams experience preferred • HR-relevant certifications such as PHR/SPHR preferred • Diversity and Inclusion certifications preferred • Spanish fluency preferred • Process-oriented and data-driven professional • Strong storytelling, persuasive, and analytical skills • Ability to present information to audiences at all organizational levels • Ability to support and promote a culture emphasizing empathy and inclusion • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
