📋 Description

• Manage a full requisition workload across brands from individual contributor through Director-level positions using VF’s talent selection process • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, HRBPs, and functional leaders • Serve as a subject matter expert for Product Creation talent • Develop knowledge of the market, competitors, and talent landscape • Partner with Product Design, Merchandising, and Creative leaders to understand talent needs and market dynamics • Evaluate candidate portfolios and collaborate with design leadership to calibrate creative excellence across seniority levels and design disciplines • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Identify recruiting process improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions • Maintain accurate candidate records and compliance through Workday and established recruiting processes

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and professional achievements • Proven success hiring for design- and creative-related roles within footwear and apparel • Experience developing sourcing strategies for niche and highly competitive talent markets • Passion for design, creativity, and product culture • Builder mentality with a bias for innovation and experimentation • Ability to evaluate creative portfolios • Ability to partner with design leaders to calibrate creative excellence across seniority levels and design disciplines • Formal education in a related field is described as beneficial, not required
