📋 Description

• Create and maintain job postings through an Applicant Tracking System and job boards such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and LinkedIn. • Initiate timely communication and follow-up with applicants. • Represent the company positively during applicant interactions. • Review resumes and CVs to determine qualifications. • Schedule and conduct phone screens for qualified applicants. • Record detailed recruitment-process notes in the Applicant Tracking System. • Recommend and schedule qualified applicants for interviews, with follow-up and touch points. • Act as liaison between management and applicants. • Answer applicant questions about the hiring process, job duties, and company. • Create and send personalized offers to selected applicants. • Attend team meetings to develop and implement recruitment strategies. • Provide weekly recruitment-pipeline updates. • Demonstrate Ennoble’s core values and performance principles.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting. • Knowledge of the healthcare industry or desire to learn healthcare. • Experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus. • Outstanding oral and written communication skills. • Excellent people skills. • Proficiency in email, phone, and text messaging communication. • Excellent time-management skills and organizational abilities. • Ability to maintain and update data in multiple electronic databases. • Ability to create positive relationships when meeting others for the first time. • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change. • Creative problem-solving ability. • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and a range of business software programs. • Candidates must disclose any current or future need for employment-based immigration sponsorship before an offer is extended.
