📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners and Registered Nurses across multiple states • Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other recruiting channels • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews • Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers • Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process • Assist with drafting job postings and recruitment marketing efforts • Assist the Credentialing team by collecting required documentation from providers • Track credentialing and licensing documentation to ensure timely completion • Coordinate with internal departments and providers regarding credentialing requirements • Coordinate calendars and scheduling for the medical team • Assist with miscellaneous administrative tasks and special projects • Support process improvements and help maintain efficient workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of Human Resources or Recruiting experience • Experience recruiting healthcare professionals, preferably Nurse Practitioners and/or Registered Nurses • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities • Exceptional time management and follow-through • Positive, collaborative attitude • Resourceful problem solver • High level of professionalism and confidentiality • Adaptability in a growing, entrepreneurial environment • Passion for connecting talented healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities • Customer-service mindset when working with candidates and employees • Ability to juggle recruiting priorities while providing outstanding administrative support • Proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
