📋 Description

• Recruit, select, and hire Flight Attendants and Pilots across Avelo's network • Review and assess applications, screen candidates, conduct virtual interviews, select top candidates, create offers, and coordinate onboarding • Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications throughout the hiring process • Maintain accurate candidate information in Paylocity and Airline Apps • Deliver a positive candidate experience aligned with Avelo's mission, values, and brand • Support recruiting events and job fairs as needed • Monitor recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress and pipeline activity • Demonstrate Avelo's One Crew mentality in every interaction • Perform other responsibilities as assigned, with duties subject to change based on business circumstances

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience required • Experience recruiting for high-volume, customer-facing, operational, or aviation-related roles • Prior experience screening and interviewing candidates • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting technologies • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and recruitment regulations • Collaborative team player who takes initiative • Passion for helping build a growing airline • Comfortable conducting video interviews with candidates and hiring managers • Prior experience recruiting Flight Attendants, Pilots, or other airline operations positions is an X-factor • Experience with Paylocity and/or pilot ATS such as Airline Apps is an X-factor
