📋 Description

• Proactively source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, employee referrals, and other recruiting platforms • Develop and execute search strategies for roles across multiple departments • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to prospective candidates • Conduct initial phone and video interviews • Evaluate candidates’ experience, skills, communication, motivation, and alignment with position requirements • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and the People Team with interview notes and recommendations • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs • Maintain candidate records, interview feedback, and activity updates in the applicant tracking system • Partner with hiring managers and the Head of People on position requirements, candidate profiles, and sourcing priorities • Provide market feedback on candidate availability, compensation expectations, and recruiting challenges • Hand qualified candidates off to hiring managers and People Team partners for later hiring stages

🎯 Requirements

• Two or more years of experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related role • Demonstrated success sourcing and interviewing candidates in a high-volume environment • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools • Experience recruiting across multiple departments or position types • Strong interviewing and candidate-assessment skills • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to conduct persuasive outbound outreach and engage passive candidates • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple open searches and candidate pipelines • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote, results-oriented environment • Experience recruiting revenue-generating, sales, financial services, or fintech professionals preferred • Proactive, organized, and able to work in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities • Ability to solve operational problems and improve systems • Clear communication and consistent follow-through • Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
