📋 Description
• Maintain HR information • Audit new hire documentation and personnel files for data integrity • Track new hire documentation and provide status updates to recruiters and hiring managers • Initiate background checks, escalate issues, and maintain the vendor process • Manage the new hire and onboarding process, including paperwork routing and timely system and folder updates in compliance with state and federal laws • Pre-screen applications and facilitate interview scheduling • Support employee administrative processes • Identify candidates delayed in the process and follow up with recruiters or hiring managers • Ensure timely candidate status communications • Schedule and manage new hire orientation cycles • Ensure a positive candidate and new hire experience • Identify opportunities to improve the candidate experience • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year in a similar role • High school diploma or equivalent
