📋 Description

• Generate and manage a talent pipeline by understanding hiring needs, position specifications, and search requirements • Conduct email outreach, cold calls, candidate screening, and support hiring candidates • Partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies using direct and social sourcing channels • Engage active and passive candidates regarding potential roles • Provide competitor and market intelligence and analysis around candidates • Advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives • Implement processes to improve sourcing effectiveness • Ensure employer brand and culture are reflected in sourcing activity • Track candidate and pipeline activity in the Applicant Tracking System and LinkedIn Recruiter • Measure and report sourcing metrics and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in sourcing, technical, sales, customer service, account management, business development, lead generation, or equivalent practical or research experience • Experience working in a metrics-driven or data-driven environment • Experience with advanced talent search techniques, such as Boolean search • Experience with sourcing tools, including applicant tracking systems • Experience using online niche resources • Ability to provide insight for data and reporting • Strong organizational skills to balance a workload • Understanding of social media and technology for research and recruitment results and improved candidate and hiring manager experiences • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience • Additional language fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred but not required
