📋 Description

• Support the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates through interview coordination and onboarding assistance • Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs • Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural add • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and team members • Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience • Prepare job offers and navigate up-front offer discussions with candidates • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities • Communicate with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders • Ensure a smooth transition for new employees and address onboarding-related questions • Participate in other projects or duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Zero (0) plus years of experience • Equivalent combination of education and/or experience accepted • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Eagerness to learn and grow in recruitment • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change • Ability to perform primarily seated work with extensive computer and telephone use, occasional standing, walking, reaching, bending, and lifting up to 10 lbs.
