📋 Description

• Manage full cycle recruitment across multiple functions, partnering closely with hiring managers to understand role needs and priorities • Source, attract, and screen candidates through multiple channels to build high quality pipelines • Provide insight into competitive salary bandings and candidate expectations to support strong and fair offer decisions • Deliver hires on time and within approved budget and compensation guidelines • Maintain clear communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process • Support employer branding efforts in partnership with Marketing and the Talent and Experience team • Collaborate with People Operations and People Experience teams during peak periods or special projects such as onboarding, engagement activities, or operational process support • Work closely with TA peers in EMEA and APAC to share knowledge, tools, and best practices that support global consistency • Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment operations and the overall People Team experience • Attract talent for technical, consulting, and corporate roles • Develop sourcing strategies to create strong and diverse pipelines • Provide an outstanding and consistent candidate journey from first touch to onboarding • Partner with People Operations and People Experience to support the full employee lifecycle • Collaborate with hiring managers, regional People teams, global People Team members, and Marketing partners

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a Talent Acquisition Generalist with the ability to recruit across multiple role types • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Strong adaptability and willingness to step into People Operations or People Experience areas when needed • Solid understanding of market salary data and compensation dynamics • Ability to manage several priorities at once in a fast-paced environment • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability • Commitment to delivering a positive, inclusive candidate experience • Comfort working with international colleagues across EMEA and APAC • Ability to work remotely from the United States in EST or CST, or from Canada
