📋 Description

• Run full-cycle desks on live industrial accounts, recruiting electricians, controls techs, maintenance techs, PLC techs, anodizing specialists, plant managers, and directors • Make heavy daily call volume and cold outreach to passive candidates on Indeed, LinkedIn, and FactoryFix • Own searches from intake to offer without handoffs • Work on major accounts including steel mills, aluminum extrusion facilities, and critical infrastructure companies • Learn plant operations quickly enough to establish credibility on candidate calls • Conduct candidate screens that distinguish hands-on troubleshooting capabilities, including VFD faults • Work closely with the senior team to fill searches with qualified candidates

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of full-desk recruiting experience, ideally in industrial, manufacturing, maintenance, or skilled trades • High-volume desk experience in logistics, light industrial staffing, or blue-collar trades, with willingness to specialize in heavy industrial • Comfortable with dialing, cold outreach, and rejection • Ability to ask effective questions and quickly learn technical context • Understanding of why Allen-Bradley and Siemens differences matter to hiring managers • Candidate-focused approach, including returning calls, providing real feedback, and avoiding ghosting
