📋 Description

• Run full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based roles using an AI-powered recruiting platform • Review AI-generated candidate matches and surface the strongest, most relevant talent • Interview and qualify candidates and present high-signal shortlists to hiring managers • Join client calls, clarify role requirements, and provide strategic hiring guidance • Partner with clients and push back on unclear or unrealistic expectations • Own candidate pipelines end-to-end and ensure fast movement through every stage • Deliver structured feedback to the engineering team to improve matching logic and workflows • Maintain accurate candidate notes and process documentation • Prioritize multiple concurrent searches and drive them to successful hires

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting experience for U.S. clients or U.S.-based roles • Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken • Strong client-facing presence, expectation management, and relationship-building • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-velocity agency environment • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and AI-driven recruitment workflows • High ownership, reliability, and ability to move quickly without hand-holding • Availability to work 40–50 hours per week aligned with Pacific Time (PST), including occasional evening or weekend calls • Visa sponsorship is available
