📋 Description
• Partner with team leads and leaders to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to clarify job requirements and assess candidates against appropriate criteria • Build relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, HR Business Partners, and employee-referral sources • Follow the full life-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals • Coordinate and attend recruitment fairs, trade shows, and open-house events to promote career opportunities • Participate in staffing activities and cross-functional projects • Track and report staffing metrics for the assigned portfolio • Ensure weekly and monthly time-management plans are met • Perform other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience • Bachelor's degree
