📋 Description

• Conduct clinical background research to identify and evaluate prospective medical expert candidates • Screen and interview physicians and healthcare professionals to assess credentials, experience, and suitability • Coordinate medical expert onboarding and collect required documentation • Maintain accurate expert information across Smartsheet, Clio, Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics, and other recruitment systems • Support coordination of prospective expert engagements with the Medical Expert Recruitment team • Attend industry conferences and networking events to identify and recruit medical experts • Create and distribute quarterly Medical Expert newsletters and expert surveys • Research and develop medical specialty and subspecialty content for the company website • Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate with Case Management, Case Intake, Sales, and other cross-functional teams • Support client development meetings alongside the Sales team as requested • Contribute to panel expansion initiatives and ongoing recruitment strategies • Pursue continuing education to strengthen medical specialty knowledge and recruitment expertise • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned • Travel up to three times per year for conferences, team meetings, and company events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of three years of clinical experience in nursing, allied health, or a related healthcare field • Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred • Experience working with physicians or medical professionals highly desirable • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required • Experience with applicant tracking systems, CRM platforms, or recruitment databases preferred • Ability to work independently in a remote environment • Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work • Excellent interpersonal, active listening, interviewing, and information-gathering skills • Demonstrated initiative, sound judgment, and problem-solving abilities • Comfortable learning legal and litigation-related concepts • Collaborative, positive, energetic, adaptable, and professional approach • Commitment to upholding the organization's core values • Ability to travel up to three times per year
