📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a diverse set of roles, from kickoff through offer • Review inbound applicants, proactively source talent on LinkedIn, and conduct initial screens • Partner with hiring managers to clarify role needs, candidate profiles, and evaluation criteria • Deliver a thoughtful, human-centered candidate experience • Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and hiring decisions • Track recruiting progress and outcomes to improve hiring effectiveness • Stay current on emerging recruitment trends, especially AI-related developments • Optimize recruitment systems, processes, and tools

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition/recruiting • Ability to stay organized and responsive across multiple searches and priorities • Comfort working in a fast-moving, evolving environment • Empathy, professionalism, and clear communication with diverse stakeholders • Experience leading or maintaining structured, equitable hiring practices, such as standardized rubrics, calibrated screening criteria, or bias-mitigation practices • Comfort quickly ramping up on technical or specialized role requirements • Experience using applicant tracking systems to track progress and outcomes • Visa sponsorship is not available
