📋 Description

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake through close across the portfolio, supporting G&A and technical requisitions as business needs shift • Build candidate pipelines through self-sourcing and competitive research • Partner with hiring managers to translate hiring needs into search strategies and strong candidate and interviewer experiences • Drive data integrity and use pipeline analytics to identify bottlenecks and improve hiring outcomes • Contribute to recruiting process improvements and pilot programs across global markets • Support hiring across G&A, Customer Experience, EAA, IT, and potentially product groups

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in a technology company or similarly fast-paced, high-growth environment • Demonstrated success closing competitive candidates across G&A and/or technical functions • Ability to ramp quickly on new role types and talent markets • Flexibility to shift between business and technical requisitions as priorities evolve • Deep knowledge of the candidate lifecycle, including talent mapping, sourcing, interviewing, and closing • Data-driven pipeline management and ability to translate recruiting metrics into actionable recommendations • Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight • Must be based in the USA
