📋 Description

• Perform the full recruiting cycle from intake through onboarding for jobs across Technology/IT, Banking & Payments, Commercial Finance, Risk, and Corporate functions • Ensure hiring meets forecast and service-level expectations across multiple business lines and geographies while adhering to governmental regulations • Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and help create new AI tools and workflows • Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for critical, recurring, hard-to-fill, and specialized roles • Apply skills-based recruiting to evaluate demonstrated skills and competencies • Partner with the People & Culture Business Talent Coach and hiring managers on talent requirements and competency-based selection and behavioral interviews • Source, screen, and interview applicants and maintain candidate engagement through onboarding • Develop and negotiate offers within approved guidelines and finalize start dates • Support employment branding through advertising, college recruiting, job fairs, and career programs • Represent Pathward at on- and off-campus events, potentially involving travel • Train hiring managers on talent acquisition tools and interviewing techniques • Provide market and hiring-trend insights • Perform other duties as assigned • Travel 1–2 times per year for department offsites or summits; occasional overnight travel may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • Typically, 3+ years with bachelor's or equivalent • Interviewing skills • Action oriented • Compassion • Customer focus • Interpersonal savvy • Listening practices • Negotiating • Organizing • Perseverance • Organizational awareness • Ability to recruit across Technology/IT, Banking & Payments, Commercial Finance, Risk, and Corporate functions • Knowledge of applicable governmental regulations across multiple state locations • Experience with AI-powered recruiting tools and workflows • Experience with skills-based recruiting, competency-based selection, and behavioral interviewing • Ability to source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and manage candidate engagement through onboarding • Ability to support employment branding, college recruiting, job fairs, and career programs • Ability to travel occasionally, including possible overnight stays
