📋 Description

• Manage the full recruiting life-cycle for multiple requisitions • Source talent through job boards, social media, cold calling, job fairs, networking, and community organizations • Deliver high-touch candidate, interviewer, and hiring manager experiences • Schedule screening calls, follow-ups, and onsite interviews • Manage interview logistics, including travel, accommodations, interview rooms, interviews, and debriefs • Administer offline candidate assessment tools and processes • Communicate post-interview next steps, logistics, and follow-up questions • Uphold ATS-driven logistics policies and practices • Own job postings and draft offer letters • Connect candidates with suitable opportunities • Solve open-position challenges with hiring managers and recruiting leadership • Research and nurture sustainable candidate pools • Conduct structured candidate conversations to assess knowledge, skills, and abilities • Perform other duties as directed by Talent Acquisition leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail, automotive, agency, or high-volume environment • Significant, highly productive experience in recruitment, retail, professional services, or customer service • Expertise in sourcing and engaging talent • Passion for current recruiting trends, techniques, and technology adoption • Expertise leveraging social recruiting resources and in-house tools • Strong understanding of candidate experience • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Team-oriented, hands-on approach • Exceptional organizational and project management skills • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects • Meticulous attention to detail • Ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently despite frequent interruptions
