📋 Description

• Serve as a primary technical liaison between Avantor, customers, and internal teams for B2B integration initiatives • Lead customer integration projects from requirements gathering and planning through implementation, testing, deployment, and project closeout • Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, technical capabilities, and integration needs • Develop, document, and continuously improve standardized B2B integration procedures and implementation practices • Analyze current business processes, systems, and integration technologies and recommend process or system improvements • Lead internal and external project teams by establishing project plans, assigning responsibilities, monitoring deliverables, and managing timelines • Identify project risks, dependencies, and potential issues and coordinate appropriate resolution or escalation • Ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed-upon timelines • Build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, project teams, technology partners, and cross-functional stakeholders • Support development of Avantor's future-state B2B integration strategy, including integrations with external eProcurement and supplier platforms • Maintain appropriate project documentation and provide regular project status updates to stakeholders • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience • 5+ years of relevant experience in technical project management, B2B integrations, eCommerce, eProcurement, or a related area • Experience managing technical integration projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders • Experience with customer eProcurement platforms such as Ariba Network, JAGGAER, Hubwoo, Coupa, Oracle Supplier Network, Unimarket, Perfect Commerce, ExpenseWatch, ESM or similar platforms • Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes • Strong understanding of B2B integration formats, technologies, and protocols including EDI, cXML, XML, and APIs web services • Experience with eProcurement integration processes and technologies, including cXML / OCI PunchOut and AS2 • Working knowledge of integration best practices and experience supporting SAP or similar ERP environments • Ability to analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable integration solutions • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills • Ability to facilitate meetings and conference calls with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with strong attention to detail
