• Direct large-scale, enterprise software deployments and complex technology initiatives for federal government and public safety clients • Maintain end-to-end accountability for program governance, P&L and financial performance, cross-functional team leadership, federal compliance, and client satisfaction • Develop, manage, and implement master project plans using automated project management tools, processes, and procedures • Define and measure performance against specific goals • Apply best-practice project management methodologies and ensure designated standards and processes are followed • Lead multidisciplinary project teams through successful project completion • Lead scheduling status reviews to track progress against plans • Serve as primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, internal staff, and channel partners • Provide regular status updates and facilitate internal and external customer meetings • Maintain project budgets and financial objectives, including revenue, margin, and cash • Analyze project costs and lead cost status reviews • Monitor and execute change management plans per sold contracts • Assess and mitigate project risks, escalate issues, and prepare resolution action plans • Contribute to competitive proposals, effort estimates, and win strategies • Act as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders and strategic partner to internal growth teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Business Administration, Business, Communications, Management, or Technology required OR 5+ years of experience working in an Engineering, Business Operations, or Project Management environment required • 8+ years of software project or program management experience delivering complex, large-scale software solutions • PMP required • Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain a Security Clearance as required by government customers • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Federal Security Clearance • Deep working knowledge or willingness to learn federal contracting practices (FAR, DFARS) and security authorization frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST SP 800 series) • Demonstrated success contributing to proposal development, effort estimation, and win strategies for large federal procurements • Proficiency in enterprise PM platforms, including Jira Align, Microsoft Project, Confluence, and Asana • Experience leading federal government software contracts strongly preferred; equivalent large-scale enterprise experience in Public Safety, Telecommunications, SaaS, or comparable highly regulated industries considered • Advanced program management or Agile certifications, such as PgMP, SAFe SPC/Release Train Engineer, or CSM, strongly preferred • Active security clearance preferred
