📋 Description

• Act as the creative leader for new product design and creation within the Embelex external embellishment product portfolio • Contribute to the creative direction for seasonal trim collections aligned with current industry trends • Guide the overall creative vision, design, and development product strategy for Embelex seasonal sample collections • Drive and own end-to-end operational launch success through calendar and process accountability and strategic evolutions • Conduct regular market and competitive analysis on emerging consumer trends, product innovations, segmentation, and competitors • Provide design and product technical support to the newness team • Foster creative troubleshooting and a solutions mindset • Validate global launch support, including sample distribution, product photography, product merchandising support, and product data distribution • Report to the Embelex Newness Manager as part of an agile, global team executing calendarized sample programs • Help shape trend-focused sample collections showcasing Embelex's embellishment portfolio across apparel and secondary markets

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Textile, Fine Arts, or equivalent experience preferred • Up to 5 years of experience as a graphic designer in a commercial design setting or freelance capacity, preferably in apparel and footwear • Strong proficiency in graphic design • Proficiency in trims and embellishment design • Ability to apply seasonal fashion trend forecasts to production artwork • Expert presentation and communication skills • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and digital presentation tools • Applicants are required to submit a design portfolio • Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and drug screening as a condition of employment
