📋 Description

• Design and build scalable systems, processes, and frameworks for the Client Engagement function • Manage high-impact Member programs and ensure consistent delivery of value across the Network • Provide account owners and leadership with visibility into Member relationships and future engagement opportunities • Own the growth and health of assigned Member relationships; develop account strategies to deepen engagement, increase portfolio utilization, and support retention and expansion • Maintain HubSpot data integrity for active Members and campaigns; manage reporting and process enhancements with Marketing and vendors • Establish and manage team meeting agendas, Member check-in agendas, communication templates, and presentation templates • Use Slack, Google Drive, and Notion to improve visibility and accountability • Lead operations and continuous improvement of AVIA Network convening events, including virtual and in-person gatherings • Strengthen peer-to-peer and Network engagement through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and Network Hub insights • Design and manage registration workflows, HubSpot integration, attendee communications, and data reporting
