📋 Description

• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders • Provide a higher level of service • Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of clients’ Procore project management databases • Manage implementation schedules and custom reporting solutions • Coordinate and deliver training, including content and materials • Promote software adoption by uncovering user barriers or resistance • Deliver meeting minutes, status reports, and post-project evaluations as required • Lead implementation of Procore tools, including pre-construction, project management, financials, and integration options • Lead integration of Procore with client financial systems • Develop standard operating procedures using Procore operations and client discovery • Work collaboratively with a remote team • Support Fortune 500 clients in a rapidly growing technology consultancy

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years Procore implementation and administration experience • 5+ years of Procore experience • Strong understanding of the Procore finance module • 4+ years experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management • Attention to detail • Professional written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work on Dubai Time Zone • Experience in the construction industry as it relates to business processes or project management • Experience in the technology industry as it relates to software implementations and administration • Experience in the customer service industry as it relates to software support • Experience with construction project management systems, including Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma • Ability to work remotely
