📋 Description

• Become an expert in the RainFocus platform • Train client administrators on RainFocus tools and processes • Configure the RainFocus platform • Work with clients to identify business requirements and workflows • Facilitate holistic system design and architecture workshops • Identify platform configuration requirements • Identify and mitigate risks to achieve implementation success • Follow best practices for implementing RainFocus products • Consult with clients on new ideas and best practices • Document requirements, solution designs, and testing plans • Provide regular milestone and task updates to project managers • Provide project managers with level-of-effort estimates • Communicate issues and risks to project managers and leadership • Lead solution project calls and client demos • Balance priorities across multiple assignments • Track tasks thoroughly and complete assignments on time • Contribute to implementation tools, processes, and templates • Mentor, train, and build consulting skills with peers as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Software implementation experience: 2–7+ years for Solution Consultants; 7+ years for Senior Solution Consultants • SaaS solutions delivery through platform configuration, not custom development • Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise-level clients, including gathering and documenting complex requirements, configurations, and integrations • Proven success creating efficiencies through process design, including outlining and measuring adoption, internally and client-facing • Ability to think strategically to ensure solutions support business goals • Proven track record delivering innovative and creative solutions • Ability to work independently, problem-solve, and improvise • Ability to perform consistently under pressure • Superior written and verbal communication skills • Team-player orientation • Must be able to travel domestically or internationally up to 20% • HTML, CSS, SQL, and JSON are optional/preferred • Ability to creatively solve complex problems • Friendly and outgoing, while assertive when necessary • Willingness to go the extra mile for reasonable client requests • Service-oriented mindset • Self-motivated and able to thrive in fast-paced environments • Proactive, relentless learner • Strong communicator able to be self-guided • Embraces change
