📋 Description

• Implement machine learning and deep learning solutions to solve business problems • Design and develop non-traditional data models for predictive modeling and complex representation and interpretation needs • Use statistical and mathematical methods for exploratory data analysis and solution evaluation • Use existing machine learning libraries and frameworks where necessary • Keep current with developments in artificial intelligence • Enhance or extend traditional application models with intelligent systems design • Ensure the quality and lifecycle state of ML software delivery and guide team improvements • Collaborate with Product Owners, Quality Test Automation Engineers, Software Engineers, Development DBAs, and Scrum Masters to transform business requirements into features • Debug and optimize code for performance and security • Implement architecture, efficiency, maintainability, and scalability parameters with developers and architects • Review, approve, and design test cases with QA • Manage code quality and unit test coverage • Create code following documented standards and best practices • Mentor junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field required and 5+ years of software development experience, OR a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 3+ years of software development experience with multi-tiered systems • Great knowledge of C#, R, and Python • Experience with statistical learning methods • Experience with artificial intelligence concepts and system design • Knowledge of unit testing, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles • Thorough knowledge of source control systems such as Git in continuous integration environments • Hands-on experience with Agile software development processes (Scrum/Kanban) • Secure coding practices, including familiarity with the OWASP Top Ten • Preferred: experience with Hadoop, Spark, DataBricks, Deedle Exploratory Library for .Net, F# Data Toolbox, or XPLot • Preferred: experience with computer vision, natural language understanding, autonomous and robotic systems, machine learning, deep learning, or reinforcement learning • Preferred: experience in systems engineering, feedback control systems, or model-based software engineering
