📋 Description

• Independently manage a defined geographic territory and build a sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying public-sector and institutional clients • Engage decision-makers through in-person visits, outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach • Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations for physical and SaaS-based emergency response and safety solutions • Develop product and technical expertise and advise prospects and clients • Use Salesforce, SharePoint, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to organize activities, document interactions, manage pipeline stages, and track performance • Travel approximately 30% within the assigned territory for client relationships, on-site visits, demonstrations, and in-person deal closing • Navigate objections, identify solutions, and improve sales-cycle effectiveness through feedback and learning • Build trust and long-term partnerships with customers and stakeholders • Contribute to Avive's mission of improving cardiac-arrest response through life-saving products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Multiple years of demonstrated success in outside sales, specifically selling emergency response, safety, medical equipment, or related products and services to public-sector clients • Extensive experience owning and managing a geographic territory, building a high-performing pipeline, engaging decision-makers, and developing strategic relationships • Skilled in delivering in-person product demonstrations and sales presentations across SaaS and physical-product solutions • Ability to quickly develop deep technical expertise and master innovative products and solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Google Workspace • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and leadership abilities • Proactive, solution-focused, positive, patient, and collaborative approach • Candidates must reside in New Jersey • Firsthand public-safety or first-responder experience is a bonus, including law enforcement, EMS, fire service, or 911 telecommunications
