📋 Description
• Support program execution and delivery by overseeing daily operations and workstream coordination • Manage risk and issue identification, documentation, and mitigation tracking • Serve as key liaison between government clients and internal delivery teams • Drive advancement of program roadmap and strategic initiatives • Coordinate subcontractor performance and deliverable tracking • Prepare program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings • Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, CDRL schedules, and quality standards
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field • 8+ years of program/project management experience in federal IT • PMP certification • Active Secret clearance • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with DoD contract management and CPARS
