📋 Description

• Support program execution and delivery for Avum's largest contracts • Oversee daily operations and workstream coordination • Identify, document, and track mitigation of risks and issues • Serve as liaison between government clients and internal delivery teams • Advance the program roadmap and strategic initiatives • Coordinate subcontractor performance and deliverable tracking • Prepare program status reports, metrics, and executive briefings • Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, CDRL schedules, and quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field • 8+ years of program/project management experience in federal IT • PMP certification • Active Secret clearance required or ability to obtain • U.S. citizenship required • Experience with DoD contract management and CPARS • Master's degree (preferred) • SAFe certification (preferred) • Experience with Navy/DoD procurement programs (preferred) • Earned Value Management (EVM) experience (preferred) • Background investigation required
