📋 Description

• Advise on legal and compliance matters related to domestic and international grantmaking, including foundation law. • Develop, review, and implement organizational policies and compliance practices. • Review, negotiate, and prepare grant-related documents, contracts, and other legal agreements. • Advise internal stakeholders on corporate, regulatory, tax, and compliance matters. • Coordinate with outside counsel and support legal matters involving international jurisdictions as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level legal experience serving as a General Counsel or in a comparable legal leadership role. • Required experience with foundation law. • Required experience supporting international grantmaking compliance. • Experience advising on domestic and international grantmaking legal matters. • Experience managing a broad range of transactional, legal, and compliance matters.
