📋 Description

• Manage client's legal operations processes and perform new process mapping. • Build out new processes and design roadmaps for implementation. • Helping clients vet potential CLM tools across a broad array of tools such as Ironclad, Agiloft, ContractPod, Luminance. • Implementing AI tools and increasing usage within the legal team/ use new AI features of existing tools. • Create and maintain resource materials on operational processes. • Plan and implement improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates. • Assist with project coordination and process management.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a legal operations professional optimizing in-house legal workflow with contract, performance, vendor, and financial management work. • Familiarity with legal department KPIs. • Experience managing budget & spend management such as e-billing experience. • CLM implementation experience. • AI experience. • Comfortable with software implementation and experience implementing new systems and incorporating existing workstreams. • Robust experience with legal operations technology and related software. • Experience with CLM tool Ironclad is preferred.
