🎯 Requirements

• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis • National Board Behavior Analysis Certificate (BCBA) • Board License from the Georgia Behavior Analyst Licensing Board (GBALB) • 2+ years of experience in a school setting • Willing to get state and national clearances • Demonstrates ethical behavior, respects policies, and takes ownership of responsibilities • Works effectively with colleagues and contributes to a positive, team-oriented environment • Maintains a growth mindset, responds well to challenges, and can troubleshoot independently • Shows cultural sensitivity and consistently manages time and tasks efficiently
